No, These will NOT fit black steel wheels that use bolt on hubcaps.
These wheels were most commonly used on SE & SXT models, but make sure you have the exact same rim that we have pictured, as these will not fit over any other rim at all.
Simply pop out your existing Dodge center caps, then snap these black wheel skins over top of your wheels, and pop back in your Dodge center caps. The wheel will be covered in black, and will look like factory rims.
After the simple installation, it will cover everything up, but will expose only your
Existing Center Dodge Emblem and your Lug Nuts.
Wheel skins are made of heat/impact resistant auto grade ABS, then painted gloss black for an aggressive looking finish.
These snap on tight & secure and will stay on your wheels.
See retention clips in photo's # 5-7, these grab around your lugs AND snap behind the spokes of the wheel.
These do not look like "fake rims" when installed, they look just like the real thing, because they are made to fit every contour of the wheel.
Very easy to install, and they will not interfere with your wheel weights.
