RARE Vintage OEM 1966 Buick Riviera 15" Turbine Spinner Hubcap Wheel Cover #01

This listing is for ONE (1) RARE USED original equipment 15" turbine style wheel cover w/ chrome two-bar spinner correct for the 1966 Buick Riviera. This example has been hanging on my basement wall for about 20 years as a part of my personal collection.  It has accumulated a great deal of dust and dirt. The center emblem is in place but does have tiny stress cracks and some discoloration as seen in photos. Some of the black paint has flaked off of the metal fins (see photos). There are also scratches, pits and dings from back when it was in use and from storage (see photos). It is fully functional as it is but would need total restoration to be used on anything nicer than a daily driver. Great restoration candidate or wall hanger. NOT a new or show quality item. It may polish up a little with some effort but won't be perfect without total restoration. Please see all photos provided and address any and all questions or concerns PRIOR to purchase.
