The Thermal Arc™ Model 400GMS is a single or three-phase DC arc welding power source with Constant Current (CC) output characteristics.
The GMS Model also features Constant Voltage (CV) output characteristics and a digital panel meter. All of the other models are available with a standard digital AMPERAGE/VOLTAGE panel meter.
The 400GMS unit is equipped with selectable Constant Current (CC) or Constant Voltage (CV) output characteristics. It is designed for use with Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding -Lift Start (GTAW) processes.

Payments
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover via Paypal checkout.
Payment must be made within 3 days after winning the auction, an eBay Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be filed if payment has not been received.
All pick-up orders (anyone who takes possession of product in our warehouse) and Los Angeles residents are responsible for California sales tax.
Sales Tax is calculated on the final auction cost plus shipping charges and pick-up fees (this is required by CA State Law) and must be paid prior to shipment or pick-up.
Returns
We accept returns on items that are listed as working but are received as not working.
AS-IS items are not eligible to be returned. We clearly list these items as not being tested, damaged or for parts only.
All AS-IS sales are final.
Any repair or modification to the item not authorized by Bid On Industrial will void any and all warranty.
Electronic and electrical devices come with a working condition guarantee unless it is described as not working or for parts only. You must use a licensed contractor for installation. Fail to use a licenced electrician or technician will void any warranties. For non working returns proof of professional instalation must be provided.
Buyer will have 7 days to contact us and return the item.
Refund will be given in the form of an exchange, merchandise credit or money back.
Please note that exchanges are not always available for every item we sell.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and we will be responsible for shipping the replacement, that are "not as described" all other items buyer is responsible.
Calif. Sales Tax is collected on all pick-ups regardless of the state you reside and the sales tax is applied to the order total in accordance with California State Law.

Insurance.
Every item over 0 will be insured, unless customer requests via eBay messaging to remove insurance making the buyer fully responsible for any damage or loss that can occur while in transit. Bid on Industrial will not be held responsible to lost or damaged item if buyer removes insurance fee.
Insurance is calculated on increments of .90 cents for every 100 dollars that the item goes up, with a 00.00 maximum. Please look at the table below to get a better estimate.

Fedex and UPS charge more for residential addresses.

36 to 80 lbs. $ 9.00
Crating and Special Packing Requirements.
Some items over 65 pounds will require a shipping quote, special items will also require a shipping quote and will state in the items description.
We pack our items professionally and with the best materials available but you should need special packing; like crating, bubble wrap or a special setup, it may incur on extra charges, contact us if you have special requirements.
Local Pick Up / Will Call

Claims

Damaged packages.
Please keep all the elements of the package together as you received it and take clear pictures of the damage.
Contact us through the eBay message system, include pictures and a description of the damage.
Shipping carriers take at least least 10 business days for the investigation to take place and process the claim.
Lost Packages
Contact us ASAP if the shipping carrier is contacting you to let you know your package is missing, please allow us 5 business days to work with the shipping carrier and process the claim. we will replace, exchange or give your money back once the claim has been processed.
