I BELIEVE This is new, NOS< it appears that way, this was a barn find, with 100s of other NOS parts. it is in near mint condition, just one very small dent or ding on the side, barely noticeable I think just from how it was stored. I can't say for 100% positive that this is NOS< so I listed it as used. someone had a tag on it marked E1AZ-1130-C   so, I'm not sure if that is correct or not, it is 14"
